ELEVATE YOUR ROUTINE

1/ Jawline smoothing
Using the concave side of the gua sha, glide along the jawline towards the ear (3x).

2/ Cheek smoothing
Using the long edge of the gua sha, smooth the cheeks up toward the temples, then glide down along the neck (3x).

3/ Glide around and underneath the nose
Using the long curved side of the gua sha, make gentle back-and-forth tapping motions around and underneath the nose.

4/ Eye area & brow smoothing
Using the short rounded edge, gently glide under the eye towards the temple, applying light circular pressure (3x).
Then massage the eyebrows (3x).

5/ Forehead smoothing
Using the long edge of the gua sha, glide from the center of the forehead (between the brows) upwards toward the hairline.
