His resume, comprising of over 200 publications and 13 patents, attests to his unwavering commitment to the pursuit of knowledge.

The vineyard, with its 13 grape varieties, proved to be a fertile ground for Professor Teissedre’s research. With the Perrin family, he delved into the depths of grape marc, the precious vinous material which is left after wine production.
